Born in Fort McMurray and a Calgarian since 2013, Joshua is grounded by his background in coaching and his life as a husband and father. Outside of real estate, Joshua coaches and trains the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, plays beer-league hockey, and enjoys outdoor music festivals.

Victor Solorzano is an award-winning real estate professional known for his relentless approach to negotiation and a proven track record spanning more than 100 transactions and $48 million in deal volume. With a strong foundation in commercial leasing, he has represented institutional, regional, and local landlords across Calgary's most prominent retail destinations, including 4th Street SW, University District, Bankers Hall, and Brookfield Place.

He also brings in-house experience with a national retailer operating over 400 locations, where he managed real estate operations across the country and secured more than $2 million in occupancy cost savings. This ownership mindset informs how he evaluates every transaction.

Now focused on residential real estate, Victor applies that same discipline and edge to every client engagement, ensuring each decision is grounded in analysis and each negotiation is approached with precision.

Born in Honduras and raised in Calgary, Victor is fluently bilingual and spent three years in Toronto refining his skills in one of North America’s most competitive real estate markets before returning home.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Ellareen spent many years in competitive dance—an experience that shaped her discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
